Jessica is a dancer and actress based in London, United Kingdom. Originally from South Africa, Jessica moved to London in late 2018 to pursue her Dance teaching and Dance Science career. In South Africa, Jessica trained as a competitive dancer and actress under Beverly Hammond Dance School where she won several awards such as the Top 10 Actress award at Talent Africa as well as obtaining her RAD Intermediate Ballet qualification.
In 2019, Jessica started studying her undergraduate studies of BA Dance Practices at Middlesex University London. In her first year, Jessica also took part in Dance Events and Societies such as Middlesex University Dance Team and Dance Society.
In 2020, Jessica went on to study her Level 3 Certificate under Diverse Trainers where she is now a qualified personal trainer along with completing her Level 1 in the Science of Healthy Eating and her Level 1 qualification in the Psychological aspects of Sports Injuries via the Open University. In July 2020, Jessica was invited to teach at BASH Day camp as Dance instructor by Young Life International, where thereafter, she became a voluntary staff member for Young Life international from September 2020 onwards.
Jessica is currently in her final year at Middlesex University where she is has been chosen as Vice-Captain of Middlesex University Dance Team. Jessica is also actively involved in the University as a Student Learning Assistant as well as being nominated as the Student Voice Leader for Dance Practices for the 2021/22 academic year.
